I am writing regarding order #ORD-7441-RCE-6406 placed with Rights Advocates on November 8, 2005. I paid $212.8 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mattie A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
