I have been a loyal customer of Academic Education Aberdeen for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3402-UNM-9499) on November 25, 1977, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Casey Lewis from the Consumer Affairs at Academic Education Aberdeen, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
