Frustrated with Academic Education Aberdeen's lack of response

I purchased a equipment from Academic Education Aberdeen on March 7, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marjolaine R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
