I purchased a service from SoftHyper International on May 14, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Meggie W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
