I am writing regarding order #ORD-9018-GRE-2396 placed with SoftHyper International on December 13, 2016. I paid $860.25 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sarai Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 11, 2025 05:41Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $214.92 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
