On January 17, 2004, I signed up for Quality Associates Corp.'s installation service at their Port Mathilde, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $980.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kelly P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
