I purchased a platform from Store & Collective Hat Yai on October 20, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jarrell M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
