I am writing regarding order #ORD-5340-TVX-8354 placed with Store & Collective Hat Yai on January 14, 2005. I paid $596.99 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erwin Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 30, 2025 06:02After my initial complaint, Store & Collective Hat Yai contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
