I am writing regarding order #ORD-5340-TVX-8354 placed with Store & Collective Hat Yai on January 14, 2005. I paid $596.99 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erwin Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Store & Collective Hat Yai contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
