Poor customer service experience with Artisan & Spice Duque de Caxias

I purchased a appliance from Artisan & Spice Duque de Caxias on April 17, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Enid I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
