I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $137.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eleanora F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 26, 2025 05:12I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from The Global Shop Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
