I want to report a serious concern with The Global Shop Holdings's unit that I purchased on September 29, 1989 from your Nedfort, Iowa store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Monserrate X., but my issue remains unresolved.
