I purchased a accessory from Integrated Life Foundation on December 8, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tyrique A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Integrated Life Foundation finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the gaming console, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
