I purchased a accessory from Integrated Life Foundation on December 8, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tyrique A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
