I am writing regarding order #ORD-1725-MUR-5061 placed with Abode Alliance Group on July 8, 1983. I paid $842.75 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilford T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Abode Alliance Group contacted me to troubleshoot the kitchen knife set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
