I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Net-Link. After paying $432.24 for product, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Camren P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from Net-Link not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
