I am writing regarding order #ORD-2236-HYX-6289 placed with Net-Link on September 17, 1979. I paid $270.97 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clair W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Net-Link finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
