I have been a loyal customer of Net-Link for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1657-PHM-4278) on November 22, 1989, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
