I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Cassandra R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from John Rodriguez at Representation Consultants, Consultants offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The catering service was clearly defective from the start.
