Quality issues with Development & International Dibba Al-Fujairah product

I'm updating my complaint because Development & International Dibba Al-Fujairah finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the kitchen knife set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
