I am writing regarding order #ORD-6184-GMQ-6425 placed with The Horizon Scholars on December 7, 1986. I paid $137.41 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Royal V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
