I am writing regarding order #ORD-7136-AOR-9318 placed with The Horizon Scholars on March 24, 1993. I paid $571.46 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dewitt M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, The Horizon Scholars contacted me to troubleshoot the handbag. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
