I purchased a account from Elite Contractors Group on October 4, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lysanne U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
