I am writing regarding order #ORD-6790-DIM-8114 placed with AI-Pulse LLC on March 17, 1993. I paid $748.58 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrion Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and AI-Pulse LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
