Warranty claim denied by Urban Estates Ventures

On April 24, 1997, I signed up for Urban Estates Ventures's support package at their East Maceyland, Utah location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $776.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Velda V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
