I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Cyber-App. After paying $728.49 for subscription, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Felipa U., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with Joseph Hernandez from the Customer Advocacy at Cyber-App, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
