I am writing regarding order #ORD-1977-AVH-4770 placed with Cyber-App on September 12, 2006. I paid $305.26 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Viva K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Cyber-App has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $94.86 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $94.86 for a organic produce box that never worked properly.
