False promises made by Classic Properties Advisors representative

I purchased a application from Classic Properties Advisors on August 17, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bette H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
