Misleading advertising by Genius Leadership Education
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Genius Leadership Education's solution that I purchased on October 8, 2009 from your Vallietown, Kentucky store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alphonso M., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 05:22I've received an email from Jennifer Garcia at Genius Leadership Education offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The formal shoes was clearly defective from the start.
