I have been a loyal customer of Genius Leadership Education for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1745-YMZ-5720) on September 22, 1973, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Genius Leadership Education reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement t-shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
