I purchased a device from Food & Catering on March 29, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vena A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Quinn Davis at Food & Catering offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
