I have been a loyal customer of Food & Catering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-1253-WCE-9669) on March 30, 1976, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Jordan Davis from the Quality Assurance at Food & Catering, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
