I have been a loyal customer of SecureCode Ventures for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3044-VGU-6253) on April 27, 1984, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Patricia Clark from the Resolution Center at SecureCode Ventures, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
