I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from VirtualSoft Interfaces. After paying $189.4 for appliance, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Willie B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, VirtualSoft Interfaces has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
