Overcharged by VirtualSoft Interfaces for service

I have been a loyal customer of VirtualSoft Interfaces for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-4631-EWB-1991) on March 27, 2012, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
