On November 18, 1983, I signed up for Practice Group Enterprises's upgrade service at their Alessandroton, Florida location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $597.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bell O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
