I purchased a system from Build Bros Inc. on December 19, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Modesto G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
