I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Precise Representation Practice LLC. After paying $372.63 for tool, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jarrell B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 16, 2025 05:58Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $169.33 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
