I am writing regarding order #ORD-1894-HTG-7964 placed with Wisdom Training Learning on September 19, 1979. I paid $94.31 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elva X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:41After my initial complaint, Wisdom Training Learning contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
