Poor customer service experience with Wisdom Training Learning

On March 20, 1989, I signed up for Wisdom Training Learning's return process at their East Mozell, Utah location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $718.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Claudie V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 02, 2025 05:56I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Wisdom Training Learning called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
