I want to report a serious concern with Wisdom Training Learning's package that I purchased on March 13, 1996 from your North Calliechester, North Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Myles W., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Riley Rodriguez at Wisdom Training Learning offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
