I purchased a equipment from The Healthy Appetite Bonn on February 27, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marianna I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
