I am writing regarding order #ORD-1254-BSX-9062 placed with Abode of Quality Hamamatsu Holdings on April 6, 2023. I paid $285.92 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Blanca U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
