Abode of Quality Hamamatsu Holdings refused to address issue

On August 4, 1971, I signed up for Abode of Quality Hamamatsu Holdings's warranty service at their West Joeport, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $248.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lawrence H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
