Refund refused by Fusion Byte
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Fusion Byte's software that I purchased on November 17, 1989 from your East Nelleville, District of Columbia store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lester N., but my issue remains unresolved.
