I have been a loyal customer of Fusion Byte for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-7257-UFZ-6240) on July 6, 1996, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Fusion Byte has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the upgrade plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-CE18A8C5 multiple times.
