On April 19, 2008, I signed up for Fusion Byte's premium plan at their Howemouth, Montana location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $249.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amina A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
