Billing dispute with Defense Advisors Busan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7736-YNO-8387 placed with Defense Advisors Busan on August 7, 2011. I paid $78.97 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Genesis A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
