I purchased a subscription from Defense Advisors Busan on August 10, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kellie A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
