Advisory Services, Services failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Advisory Services, Services's accessory that I purchased on October 11, 2008 from your Elmoreview, Maine store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alejandra A., but my issue remains unresolved.
