I purchased a item from Gourmet Fare Foods Xi'an on October 30, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Akeem P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Sarah Davis from the Resolution Center at Gourmet Fare Foods Xi'an, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
