MetaLink Applications refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9403-JVG-4824 placed with MetaLink Applications on March 29, 2004. I paid $618.67 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jamel X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 01, 2025 05:59It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and MetaLink Applications still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their installation service.
